Hi, I’m Austin
I started my first business when I was 17 years old, long before I fully understood what it meant to be an entrepreneur. I was young, ambitious, and willing to outwork everyone around me. That drive never faded. Over the past 12+ years, I’ve built a career in finance and lending, helping entrepreneurs access the capital they need to grow and scale their businesses. Capital Collaboration, the fintech-driven B2B lender matching platform I founded, has facilitated over $1 billion in actual transactions. I’ve structured funds, sourced capital, and delivered significant returns to investors, navigating the intricate world of financing with a sharp focus on strategy and execution. From direct lending to venture investments, I’ve spent my life figuring out how to make money work for businesses and how to create real financial leverage.
But through all the deals, the success, and the late nights building something bigger than myself, my perspective began to shift. It wasn’t an overnight realization—it was a gradual awareness that as much as I loved the game of business, something deeper was calling me. I used to believe success was measured in transactions, deal flow, and bottom-line numbers. Now, I see that true success is in alignment—in making an impact, in building something that lasts, and in contributing to something greater than just financial gain. It’s about using my knowledge and experience not just to generate wealth but to help others do the same in a way that creates real, lasting change.
That doesn’t mean I’ve lost my edge. I still thrive in high-stakes environments, structuring complex deals, and pushing the limits of what’s possible in finance, lending, and venture capital. But today, my approach is different. It’s about being intentional, mindful, and deeply aware of why I’m doing what I do. It’s about knowing that wealth is just a tool—it’s how you use it that matters. Whether it’s through Capital Collab, BlackBay Venture Capital, or the founders and businesses I invest in, my focus is on creating opportunities that go beyond just financial returns.
This shift wasn’t about slowing down—it was about becoming more precise, more aware, and more aligned with the impact I want to leave behind. I’ve realized that success and fulfillment don’t have to be separate things. You can be a sharp, driven entrepreneur with big visions while still leading with mindfulness, giving, and purpose. That’s the balance I’ve found, and that’s what I want to share.
If you’re here, you’re probably looking for something—whether it’s clarity, strategy, or a fresh perspective on business and life. I’ve been through the grind, the failures, the wins, and the moments of questioning everything. If my journey proves anything, it’s that you can evolve, realign, and build something that not only thrives but actually matters. Let’s make it happen.
